For the goods: Chemical, Medicinal, Pharmaceutical, Sanitary, Disinfecting, Veterinary Products.

INDOCID

For the goods: Antacid, analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above trademarks were transferred to Aspen Global Incorporated effective on 12^th December, 2016.

 

By the Deeds of Assignment, Aspen Global Incorporated is now sole owner of the above two trademarks.

 

Any fraudulent imitation or unauthorized use of the said trademarks or other infringements whatsoever will be dealt with according to law.
