Which is used in connection with Optical lenses, circle lenses, plastic lenses, interchangeable lenses, intraocular lenses, magnifying lenses, ophthalmic lenses, sunglass lenses, eyeglass lenses, contact lenses, anti-reflective lenses, correcting lenses (optic), objective lenses (optic), covers for contact lenses, cases for contact lenses.
Any person who copies, imitates, or in any other way whatsoever infringes the rights of the said in the Trade Mark will be proceeded against in accordance with the Laws in force in Somalia to prevent the imposition of fraudulent Marks on merchandise.
