Somaliland shuns Turkey as venue for talks with Somalia

The breakaway northern Somalia region of Somaliland says it seeks a 'neutral' venue for its talks with Somalia rather than Turkey which sponsored previous rounds of talks for the two sides, minster said Sunday.
