NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trademarksare the property of JAPAN TOBACCO INC., A company organised and existing under the laws of Japanof 2-2-1 Toranomon, Minato-Ku, Tokyo, Japanand that the same trademarksare used for the following products:
Class 34: Tobacco; whether manufactured or unmanufactured; smoking tobacco, pipe tobacco, hand rolling tobacco, chewing tobacco, snus tobacco; cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos; substances for smoking sold separately or blended with tobacco, none being for medicinal or curative purposes; snuff; smokers’ articles included in class 34; cigarette papers, cigarette tubes and matches.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN thatJAPAN TOBACCO INC.claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trademarks in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade marks or any other trade marks deceptively or confusingly similar or otherwise infringes on its rights.
