GALKAYO (HOL) - A12-year-old girl in Galkayo incentral Somaliawas brutally raped and killed barely 24 hours after she went missing.

The mayor noted that the security forces arrested suspects in connection with the killing of the girl.

Galkayo residents are not strangers to violence, but the circumstances surrounding the gruesome murder have left many people in utter disbelief.
